How to make polls???

Anyone know how to make polls???

It usually shows up at the bottom of your post menu when you start a new thread.

Hmmm.....
I hit the check box to make a poll and typed in a #
but nothing ever came up : (

This happened yet again...I select the button that enables you to make a poll, typed in a # and nothing happened! HELP?

Can you tell me more about the error to help with troubleshooting?

Were you creating a new thread, or adding one to an existing one?
Did you experience any loading errors when it happened?
Whan you say 'nothing happened', did it just stay on the same page, or did it submit the new thread without creating the poll?
Have you tried coming back and making the poll later? If so, what happened?
