where do i find a monofin?

Hey everyone. Im a new mermaid in the jacksonville area. I am looking to make my own tail and was wondering where to find a monofin? The ones i found were either very large, small, or weirdly shaped and i wasnt sure would make a good tail. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The forum has a lot of information on monofins and you're not likely to find one in person--you'll probably have to buy one online. Go to the monofins subforum to read about the different fins.

Again, you're not likely to find any in person. You can call dive shops and look around but they're not that common.
