Hello all! I know this doesn't count as an accessory, and I didn't make it, but i saw this and thought i should add this to show you guys something cool for an idea or two..

Would be so cool for dry events to have like a bowl of water next to you with these and make it look like you're magic when you pick them out

I saw this on reddit, they don't taste like anything, they just taste like water. The only thing is once you bite into it and drink the water, you're left with the mucus that encased it, which is apparently really quite gross.

Yep it's a part of molecular gastronomy, a fun food science!!! You should check out other cool experiments like reverse spherification of tomato soup or even check out molecular mixology for drinks!!
