Pirate Invasion of Belmont Peir (with mermaids too)

Is anyone planning on going to this? They say theyre going to have a "mertropolis" mermaid themed village with over fifty mermaids and I know I'm down for that! That's the only information I can find about the mermaid part though. I'm really close to Long Beach so I know I'm going no matter what, but I totally would want to meet up with anyone else who's going!

This is the same event as the Pacific Coast Mermaid Festival. The Belmont Shore Pirate invasion is an annual event and the planners wanted to add a mermaid festival to go with it this year. :)
