So I bleached the bottom half of my hair and dyed it blue. I wanted to change it to pink so I went to Sally's to get the stuff to take the blue out and now it's fried!! How can I save it??

You need to condition it. Like heavy conditioner mask. I recommend this:

Yw. Wash your hair first then put the mask in starting at the ends and working it up. Leave it in your hair for about an hr. Then rinse.

When you bleach you need restoration conditioners. They treat your hair with protien (very important for dying/bleaching hair) and moisture. Bleach is tricky, it's easy to overdo it if you don't know what you're doing. Stripping your hair is VERY bad for your hair, it can fry it for sure! I know on "Color Oops" it actually says on the box and website not to use it for unnatural colors. Instead fade it with a clarifying shampoo. In the future, avoid color strippers if you can. The best thing you can do for your hair now is to use a protien filler on it. It will help with the damage, plus if you redye it now you may end up with uneven/splotchy color, or even a color that isn't your desired result- because your hair is so porous from the stripper. They carry protien fillers at Sally's.

Just remember to do a deep conditioning treatment AFTER the protien filler. Protein is awesome, but it dries out your hair too. It needs moisture after that. Make sure you're getting something with a lot of good oils, and not a lot of silicone.. silicones will just coat the hair and prevent moisture from penetrating your hair, which is not what you need right now. I've heard people say they love Shea Moisture brand because coconut oil is the first ingredient, rather than a ton of silicones. That being said you can also just do a coconut oil mask on your hair- buy virgin coconut oil, apply to hair, leave for half an hour or more, wash out. You can also start applying coconut oil to your ends where you damaged them a half an hour before you wash your hair, do that for a few weeks and see how your hair is taking it.

on top of the macadamia nut oil mask, after you rinse it out, you can use a serum for added moisturiser. the one i'm using helps to retain colour as well

I bought it from Arbonne. iTt's so good. you pump once onto your hand and distribute it through your locks 21498

I've fried my hair a bit too after dying it from blue to brown for a wedding and then trying to get it back to blue again in a week for a photoshoot (and then swimming in chlorine for a 3 hour gig a week later. NEVER do that without protecting your hair!). Things that have helped are Argan or moroccan oil. Coconut oil (put it in your hair and then leave it in for as long as you can!). And there is a product that Garnier do for dry and damaged hair called an Instant Repair Treatment (it comes in a yellow tube) that has done wonders too.

Be careful buying argon oil via hair product lines. 9/10 it's either extremely overpriced or almost pure silicones, and if you look on the ingredients it has more fragrance than argon oil. That's why I buy mine from reputable herb sellers like Mnt Rose Herbs (https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/products/argan-oil/profile)

Ooo that looks interesting. Is it available in stores or only online? There are a few stores that have it (none in my area) but I got mine online at hairenvy.com. I lalalove it. It makes my hair feel normal.
