What do you do when ya'll have too many side projects?
Feel like I'm going a little nutty. I've got projects ranging from new products to personal mermaid stuff (tail, tops, etc.) to dressmaking to corset design and creating to all natural beauty supplies (personal use) to building a pirate ship, etc etc. The list goes on and on. I love doing all this stuff.
Anyone else run into having too many projects you enjoy doing?

I totally feel you. These past few months have been crazy for me as well. I started a saltwater tank, organized a mer meetup, made molds for a new tail, got my scuba certification, and wrote a children's book. I also ended up hand-raising an injured baby rabbit, so that took a lot of time. All of these things were going on at the same time, and I was worried about running out of money and not being able to complete everything. I had a few panic moments. However, all of that is past now.
Unfortunately, I don't have a coping mechanism for dealing with a bunch of side projects. I just look at myself and wonder why I make my life so difficult.

I ALWAYS have a bajillion projects in the works and get overwhelmed. The Beau is a very organized and showed me how to better prioritize and multitask, and it's just a matter of taking the time to outline the steps each project needs and putting them in a sensible order. Lists are your friend!

Yep... I have a to-do list of craft projects a mile long, lol.

Not just the projects, but the steps involved...that way, for instance, you can be working on one project while the paint on another project is drying.

Oh gosh. And it's not just projects too. I've got photo shoots to prepare for, events to get things ready for (and finishing making everything I need, including a tent). I think if I made a list it might fill a spiral note book.

Welcome to my world! I use loose leaf binders so I can shuffle things around according to priority. Deadlines, Categories, Color-coded charts...it does help! I'm the worst scatterbrain ever, and spending time to organize has been a life saver.

Did you guys know that all the fruit loops are only one flavor?

That was a non-sequitur.

Just a realization I had this morning while enjoying breakfast. Thought I'd share it with you all. :p

This is completely what I'm going through right now! lol!! I've got two costumes to make in a month, my Ariel silicone tail half-finished, a wig to sew together, business things to attend to, and I still work full time... I literally JUST finished my first corset ever, and I'm straight into the next projects. Prioritizing is the hardest part for me!!
