Okay, so, this has a few mer related things, but mostly just about other stuff.

So, the only money I get is from holidays since my parents don't give out allowance, and I'm too young and disabled to get a job. And so for my birthday I'm going to get around 220$ dollars from relatives (my brother's birthday was last month and we always get the same amount) and I really want a mermaid tail. But at the same time, my dad finally agreed to let me get rats. So I've just been really stressed out over whether I should get a tail, or pet rats. I mean, rats die really easily and that would make me really sad, but I might grow out of the whole mer thing in a a year or two, so just argh. Stress.

And also, my grandma and uncle called last week to say that they were suddenly going to be spending the weekend over, even though it's the weekend of the Texas mer meetup. And they're super shitty, homopobic people, and I haven't had the chance to come out to them about being genderqueer and pansexual yet. ARGH.

So much stress, I just really needed to get it off my chest.

i am in the same problem like so simular its kinda creepy. i want to get supplies to make a latex tail but i also would like a betta fish. fish arent cheap as stereotype says. i dont get allowence and depend on my birthday money and my birthday passed with alot less then i expected. my choice was to get the tail. but that was becuase i was intrested in mermaiding for over 2 years. no need to make up your decision now. take time to think about it.

oh heres amoney saver tip. how i save money for my tail i put it in a jar with a glue shut lid. as in noone should be able to opean it. in the lid should be a slit only to be able to fit money in it not a finger or anything. you have no idea how much extra change can add up. you got 3 dollars back? in the jar. once you filled it up you would break the jar. it also avoids greety relitives because the only way to opean the jar is breaking it and you would notice if they did.

oh and my parents are homophobes but when i exposed my cosplay hating parents to how i be a mermaid they loved it! especially my dad which is a shocker. (oh im pansexual too but i havent came out to them yet. im waiting till im older and have a firm grip on relality and taxes and stuff.)

Oh wow xD that is a bit crazy. My mom loves me mermaiding since it's the only form of physical therapy she can get me to do, lol :P

Fuck my parents. Seriously. Last night they said that I could go, and now this morning after I got all ready they yelled at me and said that everyone at the meetup were creepy 40 year old men and that it's too far, and just every excuse they can think up. I just want to cry in my room all day. Fuck them. I was so excited. I was literally bragging to my brother about going to go meet mermaids for weeks.

And now my dad's blaming in on my mom and said that I might be able to go later. But still, fuck him. And fuck her. I'm already crying and my eating disorder is kicking back up again and just argh.
