Ariel Makeup Kits at Walgreens!

Has anyone mentioned these yet? The new ELF Ariel makeup bags and makeup books at Walgreens are SO CUTE. A princess friend of mine who also mermaids posted about them and I went to like four Walgreens before I found em. I'm not even a big Ariel fan, but they're just TOO cute! The backs and piping of the bags are pearlescent green fabric with a high shine. The inside liner of the bags are purple fabric with shells.

They're not expensive either...the brush bag is 6.99, the regular bag is 8.99 and the makeup book is 9.99.

no I dont have a hot topic here. And when I order anything from hot topic it comes from the american ware houses and charges an insane flat rate shipping. I had Iona send me Hot Topic stuff. None in NS or anywhere near

I can check some other walgreens for you, if you tell me what you want! i have to roll over to the theatre tomorrow and I believe I drive back by that walgreens I got mine from, so in theory they should have it (I was there sunday night, and they had maybe three or four of each product left, the display was pretty cleaned out).

I know they have the makeup bags, the brush bags, the makeup books and the false lashes circle kits, may have other stuff.

I didn't like them much online either, but then I saw them in person and they're REALLY much nicer than the photos show them, the pics don't do it justice. The bags are really iridescent and the artwork is pretty vivid. :D

I was actually thinking of using the makeup brush bag as an awesome pencil case. iIt's perfect for pens and pencils and even a short ruler! XD

Went to another Walgreens this morning and found allll the goodies. :)

Tip for those looking: if you go on the walgreens website and click on one of the items it will let you search for where it is in stock at a store near you. That is how I found which store to go to.

I'd be happy to ship to people to including Canada but as one of the furthest states away I think other options might be better first. ;)

I'm in NJ, and the Walgreens down the street from my office has everything but the wide, blue headband, and the perfume, which isn't sold in stores. If anyone wants me to pick anything up and ship it, let me know!

Just went on my lunch hour and looked...they have the makeup kits, but no bags, and to tell you the truth, the colors aren't anything you probably don't already have. You're paying for the packaging, and it's just Ariel's head... no mermaid tail at all.

Not worth the money in my opinion.

Ahhh, I want it all! I'm a sucker for lipstick (even though I never actually wear it), so that lip gloss set is calling my name something fierce!

Edit: Went to my closest Walgreens today and they didn't have any of the shiny. The woman at the makeup counter said to check back Saturday afternoon, since they usually get their shipments of new things around then.

On the plus side, I found a cute cheap eyeshadow palette in the correct colors to do scale makeup for a costume party later this month (I'll be a mermaid, obviously!).
