Where can I find fabric like this

So I'm looking for fabric for a tail and I've been looking at fabric tail companies and noticed both fin fun and 2 tails have new tails with scale print also magic tail has printed fabric but when I look I can only find like holographic scales but I'm looking for like printed Spandex has anyone come across fabric like this?
