Who is the tail maker?

Does anyone know the tail maker of these tails?

Those were made specifically for Disney sometime in the 70's for the 1000 Leagues Under the Sea ride. I imagine they'd come from an in house special effects workshop. I don't know if there are any extant today.

They very well may be :) I remember them coming up as a topic once or twice over the past several years. Beyond the info above no one seemed to know much about them, or where they went. Which is sad because they're really neat :)
