Cosplay Resources...Where Can I Find General Information?

Okay Cosplayers, who, what, where are your favorite resources for information on DIY? Who are the superstars? What are the best cons?

I would love to know! There is so much random information out there, I'd love to find a resource that's comprehensive! Especially as would apply to mermaids...I find nuggets here and there, but wow! There's a lot to wade through! :help:

I second that. Cosplay.com is a good place to talk to other cosplayers about stuff. I've gotten a few good tutorial links and cosplay ideas from there as well.

DeviantArt and Youtube are good places for tutorials and of course Pinterest is good too. ;)
