Glow in the dark fabric tail?

So I was trying to come up with new ideas to give fabric tails a little more flare and I came up with a glow in the dark tail for night swimming, does anyone know if there are tail makers that do this? Or has anyone seen glow in the dark spandex or is that a non existent think?

I would think glow paint on regular spandex :)
