First italian mermaid (I suppose)

Hello, my name's Manuela, I'm from Sicily. I really want to thank all of you for introducing me to mermaids world. I learn a lot everyday from this forum and USA mermaids are my great teachers! I've just finished my webpage and my first day as a entertainer mermaid for children, so proud and happy about that! My next goal is to buy a neoprene tail in order to be more professional. I think to be the first real life mermaid in Italy, for I didn't find anyone else on internet and facebook, and that's why I'm so excited! Bye for now, a big splash to the entire mercommunity! Sicily (southern Italy in general) must be a nice place to be a mermaid.
I'm glad if I can persuade other performers to put a toe in the water here... :p

anyway, it's strange there are not many more pro mers in the warm Mediterranean.
while I don't think there are other working mermaids, Mermaid Claudia is from Italy too.
