First Alaskan Mermaid?

I recently moved here to the wonderfully cold state of Alaska. I don't really know how I'll go about getting my first tail out here but it will be one interesting journey. But anywho, I'm new here and not completely sure where to start as far as meeting anyone on this site.

I'm originally from Southern Indiana. I'm used to country boys and heat. Up here it's lumberjacks and cold. So who knows how I'll do?
