I am creating a classroom library for my special needs kids and I need all the books I can get!!! Specifically I am looking for books that will interest kids in grades 6-8 but have a reading level of between Pre-K to 5th Grade. This means books with pictures and simple writing that are about topics such as cool science facts, pop and movie stars, sports stars, sports in general, popular cartoons like Spongebob or My Little Pony, school appropriate manga (such as Naruto), fashion, INTERESTING history, cultural awareness (particularly of African American/Black culture), animals, etc. Will also take low level chapter books such as "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" and "Flat Stanley." Not REALLY looking for "kiddy" low level books like Arthur the Ardvark or Clifford the Big Red Dog, though I will take them if you have them and don't want them! I would be willing to pay you a quarter a book (for books with topics that middle schoolers would like) if you want to make some small change off of them. I will also drive anywhere in DFW to pick them up. Note that my kids have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, but they are still pre-teens/teenagers, and they want to read stuff that interests that age group! Please message me if you can help!

EDIT: I would also be willing to make you something out of silicone or another mermaid accessory in exchange for books!
