New Scale Pattern

So since we are in the final touches and fun finishing details part of tail #1, I have moved on to letting my ideas be Made :)

the photos are a bit rough (its late! ...lol) and i have to trim the edges when i find my trimming shears
but you guys get the idea i think?

Part of the reason that I chose to use petals is because of their subtle pattern and texture.
The clay and silicone picked up both really nicely...the silicone feels almost soft! :)

It is still pretty hard to see, i am hoping a scale in red or someother tone will show better but black is what i have right now til I order more :)
