Hello, I am Camilla from Italy. I've always loved mermaids (my favorite film was Splash, an old movie with Tom Hanks....yes I'm also "old" ).
I tried to do it myself in a tail silicone and neoprene and the monofin. It has some flaws and problems, but it works! I would like to make another tail soon and I hope to have many suggestions from you.
I have some photo and a video about my "tail-test" and I hope to post it soon (where?).

Hi Camilla, welcome! :) I used to live in Milan when I was young, but never got to travel to Sarzana. Splash is one of my first mermaid films as well, I still have the VHS tape of it haha!
Good luck when you start to make another tail, I'm sure many people will be happy to give you help if you need it :)
