Filipina mermaid

I'm guessing I'm the first one to ever post about Dysebel, a popular mermaid character in the Philippines. Aside from Madison from the movie "Splash," I grew up with addiction to this mermaid character.

The story of Dyesebel has been adapted into five films and a spin-off, throughout the timeline from 1953 to 2014. The 2014 adaptation was a television series which was broadcast on ABS-CBN (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ABS-CBN) and worldwide in The Filipino Channel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Filipino_Channel) from March 17, 2014 to July 18, 2014, starring Anne Curtis. An upcoming film version will be released on the fourth quarter of 2014 which will star the same actress.
