Secret Santa 2014

I know every year there is some frustration of late notice of Secret Mer Santa partners. I was thinking maybe we could start early this year? For those who don't know the awesomeness that is having a mermaid Secret Santa, I'll break it down for you
1. You enter in your info to a cool google tool
2. Agree to give another mermaid a gift whose info is sent to you
3. You receive an awesome gift from someone who understands this part of your life that is mermaids.

I don't know who all ran it last year, but I think we should start it up at least in October, so that by the end of Oct we have people already picked and that gives everyone two months to get their gifts in the mail :-) Yay holiday shipping times.

I agree, if we get our secret Santa's earlier then I might participate this year as I would have my gift done before I move to my new house, else I would have to skip this year.

Last year there was an option to select whether you wanted to be matched with someone locally rather than internationally. If no one else in your country participates, and you don't mind not hand-making your gift, you can always buy something off Etsy or eBay and ship it straight to your match's house :) that's what I did!

Yeah, I'd taken pictures of the mask after I made it and made sure it fit securely (and to post on my deviantart page as an example of my craftiness) before I sent it. However, by February 2nd Mermaid Hyli still hadn't posted pictures of it, so I posted the two pictures I'd taken.
