Not a Tail. But I need help

Hey guys. I need help in finding out the name of a material. I'm not making a tail, but I figured that this would be a good place to ask around since you guys work with all sorts of materials and things. I'd like to know how I could add the red design onto a morph suit.
Kinda like this guy. And what's the name of the red material he's using.

I would say more metalic Lyrika or Latex? Im not sure really. But I think metalic lyrika would probably work best. Not a cosplayer, but i tend to be a little crafty :p

Shiny vinyl/leather/upholstery fabric would probably work well

Cosplay.com is your place for answers! They know it all there. Making stuff like that suit is hard. Sewing fabric on stretchy, skin tight fabric to make a shape... It can get reeeeal tricky.

Agree with the above, though stretchy spandex or lycra with iron on interface then ironed on and sewn to the suit may work..

The red looks like metallic stretch PVC.
