Beach Clean up?

I'm thinking of organising a beach clean up through MCS (Marine Conservation Society) I think it's a great way to get people in the community together to help the beaches.

But I want to be there as the Cornish Mermaid...but that would mean I can't move around and help out and it may seem like I'm not doing anything.

Does anyone have any ideas to get around this? Or has anyone done this before, and if so what did you do?

well you could clean areas IN the water. i know some garbage tend to hide in the sand... i often had to pick up trash with my does because i can't dive lol... or it's too far out in the lake so i had to wade further out.

Do the beach sweep first and then change into your tail right before the end so that people can take pics and whatnot.
