FORGOT*** TYPING ON SMALL PHONE, BLAST!!

Hi everyone :),

I have been on the forum a couple of months and thought I better introduce myself properly :) My Name is Amy, I am 28 years old and from Victoria Australia (south east coast) I live about 45 mins from a few wonderful beaches, but prefer the warm Northern water for swimming and scuba diving (in winter anyway!)

I am a water baby, love to swim and dive and have always loved mermaids and got my first fabric tail when I was 5. After a long intermition this year I became obsessed with mermaids again thought I'd look up how the beautiful tails I've seen in TV shows and movies, how they were made and where you could find them. In doing this was expossed to the wonderful world of mermaiding and this fantastic forum! I have been researching on the different methods of tailmaking, made some weight belts, accessories and have just started my first silicone tail making thread, here is you want to follow- http://mernetwork.com/index/showthread.php?9213-Amy-s-Dragon-skin-tail-nervous-beginings!&p=151056

It might be a slow process for me, as a day job I am a real estate agent and have 6 days in a suit before I can work on my fish suit but I'm hoping a thread will keep me motivated and on track,

I'd love to meet some Aussie mers someday!

xx love love -Amy

Welcome! I was just looking at your thread on making your tail. You're so well prepared! That alone says you're on the right track. :)
