Mermaiding in Cozumel?

My husband and I are looking to do a quick trip to Cozumel. Does anyone know of any nice beaches there where I can wear my tail?

YES! I mermaided at chankanaab park in Cozumel. It is truly gorgeous there. Be very careful not to damage the delicate coral life. The life guards were very friendly and helpful, even chasing a nosy barracuda away from me.

I've been to Cozumel several times and have always wanted to have a mermaid tail along. The water is such a gorgeous shade of turquoise!! My favorite spot to swim is right off margaritaville. They have a dock that goes way out over the rocky shore and drops you into about 15ft deep water. From there you can swim out quite a ways in any direction you want. There's also a lot of underwater stuff for coral to grow on and fish to swim around that would make great photo back drops.
