If you use a wheelchair for mermaiding on land, or use a wheelchair for daily life, I have a question for you. I've seen pics of many mers who use them to get around conventions and such, so I'd like to know if any of you have used wheelchair umbrellas- the kind which attach to the wheelchair- and can you recommend one that works well?
It's not for mermaiding, it's because my daughter will be in a wheelchair for a while soon, and though it's October, here in San Diego, autumn has not loaded and summer is still running... 'Change of Seasons' is not responding. :p I will need a sun umbrella for her wheelchair until it gets cooler, and then when there is a possibility of rain.
I'm looking around for reviews, but I like to get recommendations from people currently using them if possible. I do know others who use wheelchairs for medical reasons, but neither of them have used wheelchair umbrellas.
