Would anyone else in the area be interested in a weekly gathering at the Greensboro Aquatic Center and/or Carolina SciQuarium?

We are going to meet on Monday at 11am. We're working on weekend meet-ups as well.. The pool is typically available on Sunday instead of Saturday. Is that an issue?

If anyone near the Piedmont Triad region of NC would like to join the Triad Merfolk​ for a swim at the Greensboro Aquatic Center​, we are planning on the following dates:


Wednesdays: 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/25 - 11am-1pm
Sundays: 3/15 - time TBD

The April Calendar (http://greensboroaquaticcenter.com/sites/default/files/April2015.pdf) for the Greensboro Aquatic Center (http://greensboroaquaticcenter.com) has been posted. I recommend meeting on the following dates:
- Wednesday, 11am-1pm: 4/8*, 4,/15, 4/22, 4/29
- Sunday, 2pm-4pm: 4/19


* - 4/8 is during Guilford County School Spring Break

I might also swim on Monday 4/6 and/or Sunday 4/12, as I have a tattoo appointment on 4/15 and will thus have to stay dry for 3-4 weeks after that.

The July calendar for the Greensboro Aquatic Center has been posted. The Lap Pool and Diving Well are closed this week due to the USSS Jr Olympics. The last Wednesday of the month the pool is closed for the 2015 USA Swimming Futures Championship. I recommend the following days for mer-meetups:


Wednesdays 11am-1pm: 7/8, 7/15, 7/22
Sunday 1pm-3pm: 7/12


The Diving Well is open On Thursday 7/9 and 7/23 but I will confirm this as there was some confusion, last time.

If anyone is up for a swim today at the Greensboro Aquatic Center:


Lap Pool Long Course: 6am-3pm
Diving Well: 3pm-5pm
Lap Pool Short Course: 5p-8p


While we typically meet from 11am-1pm on Wednesdays I'm going to wait for the Diving Well to be open.
