Hello! My name is Sonia and my mer name is Sirenita (you all have such beautiful mer names! Maybe I will come up with something more creative and pretty :) ). I've loved mermaids (and really, anything fantasy) since I was little. It started with The Little Mermaid as one of my favorite Disney movies and just kept going from there. I'm fascinated with their beauty and also with the dark and deadly aspect. I am a cosplayer and have not yet made anything mermaid but I think that after stumbling upon this forum, I am finally ready! I'm excited to be both a cosplayer and a mermaid :)

I am from Phoenix and have seen a few mermaids in person, I wonder if they are members on here?

And I like your name. Does it mean Little Siren? My knowledge of other languages is abysmal, I can barely speak the one I know! Ha!

Haha! There are a few lakes around here. But pools is our best bet :P everyone's got em around here!

Welcome :) I remember talking to a few mers from Arizona. Its really cool if you look at the member map because you can find people around you. There is also multiple pods so you can join the one closest to you.

Awesome! Actually none of my family live there :P We just travel a lot so we have a condo down there that we periodically go to. Its kinda by the Electronic Frys.
