Hi I'm a new member!

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and bare with me its been a while since I joined a place like this so I'm not really sure how this site works. Any who I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Samantha I live up in Canada. I've been silently creeping this site for a while and decided to join after needing to research for a silicone mermaid tail. My day job is a character designer for tv animation (kids cartoons). My interests include, animation, video games (huge mass effect fan), and comics. I love Buffy the Vampire slayer and cookies. My main hobby is cosplay here is my cosplay page (https://www.facebook.com/scarlettecosplay)if you want to check out my stuff. And yeaaaa ever since I first watched the little mermaid. I begged my mom to sew me a mermaid tail, she found one at a garage sale, it was the best hot pink fin I could have asked for. Haha Ok enough of me rambling. :P Just wanted to say hi!

I also love video games, but do not play, as I totally suck at them and it's better for me to just watch other people play :sweat drop:

Miyu: Ahh thank-you!! I really love making costumes its a fun side hobby after sitting at a computer all day, and for sure! haha it may seem like a dream job on the outside but it can be really stressful especially with production schedules and revision notes and lots of overtime. Oh but I do work in a really fun environment with lots of nice people which makes it all worth it. :) I basicly draw characters and props needed for the show and then the build department takes what I do and turns it into.. simplest way to describe it is a puppet. So the animators can take it and pose it out. I dont think I could work in an office or do anything that involves customer service or ....*shivers* math.

Also thanks for the likes everyone! I hope you enjoy following me. I'm planning on doing a huge Ariel photoshoot in the summer with my new tail and I plan on making her sparkly blue dress that she wears when king trident gives her her legs :)
