Best Way to Make a Shell Bra???

I have all the materials, and my bra is almost finished, but I'm not totally sure what the best way is to keep everything from falling off. I'm using Lion's Paw shells and fishing net (and some other shells), and I MIGHT attach it all to a nude bra when I get the foliage. What's a good way to make sure nothing falls off?

E6000 glue.

Seconding the glue!! You can also use thread to sew plants in place--make sure it's waterproof/plasticy. Fishing line not only works great for this but is theme-appropriate ;)

I use clear nylon thread to sew everything down. It's a total pain in the fluke, but I don't get along well with glue (and the sewn stuff stays secured better for me than anything glued - glue really hates me).
