im thinking of making a sequin tail that is going to be red. but finding red flat sequins that are the right size and price is hard. i found these white-ish/clear sequins. maybe i could just paint them red. what type of paint should i use? it might be easier to paint them after i put them on the tail. oh btw i am not putting sequins on the monofin. any thoughts?

here are the sequins: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-Clear-AB-Flat-Round-loose-sequins-Paillettes-Top-Hole-10mm-sewing-Wedding-/390983319220?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5b086bfeb4
