I'm sneaking into my apartment's pool tonight to try it out. It's gonna be so cold!! But I don't know if I'm the one to give a good review on it. What should I look for in a good quality monofin?

Propulsion, stiffness, and making sure it's balanced - it doesn't make you only able to swim one direction :p

Stiffness is mostly a matter of personal preference - some people like more "flowy" flukes, some like them stiffer, but it's always something people are looking for reviews about on monofins.
