That is at least the default in most forum software. It can be changed by admins.
Just to add, junior member refers to how many posts you've made and I believe it doesn't switch over to senior until 500 (correct me if I'm wrong)!

swimtails is closed, there's a bunch of drama threads explaining why. fabric tails have come a long way, don't write them out completely.
There is a growing community on Facebook for the Albany area but I know that still a bit of a drive.
