Ideas for 5 year old girl birthday party

So... I have searched the forums for this kind of thing, and I haven't come up with the results I wanted, so I'm going to ask it here.

I have a birthday party scheduled for tomorrow. It's going to be two hours long, for 20 kids ranging from 5-9 years old in a pool. Parents want me to provide music for the two hours and tons of party games and things to keep the kids busy.

So far, I have mermaid wishing stones for all of the kids (and then some, just in case), allotted some time for the kids to check out my tail and to swim with me, and will bring my underwater camera to take pictures with the kids. However, I don't think that will cover all two hours that I will be with them. What else do you think I should do?

Mermaid storytimes are good, crafting events (like making bracelets or drawings), teach swimming tricks (like bubbles or the dolphin kick), to name a few.

yes, arts and crafts...I made seashell necklaces the Summer campers today. I used all the shells I have collected with holes at the top, painted them, added glitter, then spray w/a clear coat. Brought yarn and they all picked one and made it into a necklace. You can see it in this pic

I did starfish wands at a party. I made did the wands myself, I got small starfish and sticks and used E6000 glue, I then bought like a tacky glue and put the glue in egg cartons and got little popsicle sticks for all the kids to dip the stick in the glue and put the glue on the starfish and glitter their starfish wands. I also brought "ocean water" a small vial of water and a small drop of blue dye. Party City has a whole section for Bubble Guppies (a child show about mermaids) & The Little Mermaid so there's tons of stuff you can probably get there. I also had the kids sit around me and I showed them different types of shells and I brought pirate coins and sea glass and seaweed to pass around the circle. I asked if they had any questions that I could answer for them.

Whenever I've done parties on my own or with Mermaid Bonnie, we always have story time where we either make up stories or read them. We also teach the kids tricks underwater (ie how to swim like a mermaid or to blow a bubble kiss), or just show them the tricks. I bring dive toys and toss them in the shallow water as a game

A fun variation on story time that we used to do at a ren faire was to mash-up stories. We'd ask for suggestions of two fairy tales, and then we'd mix them together. Had some really interesting and funny mashups, like three little pigs climbing beanstalks made of straw, wood, and brick to steal from a giant wolf, or Snow White and Rose Red tangling with Rumplestiltskin instead of a nameless bearded dwarf.

What about if it's only a shallow pool, max a foot deep? can't really teach bubbles or anything or crafts due to the water.
