Hey all y'all merpeople!!!

Hey everyone I'm Cece! I'm from landlocked middle Tennessee, but I love splashing around in the water :) I'm saving up to buy a tail, but am currently in the process of making one. I've been crafting all my life, and mermaiding seemed like the perfect outlet for my love of swimming and art :) I was so glad to know that I'm not the only mer from TN, it felt like everyone was from Florida or California :( swimming makes me feel safe and comfortable, I do my best thinking/work in or after I've been in the water. And i see mermaiding as one of the most beautiful forms of swimming :) if anyone wants to chat or meet up for a swim, just message me :) or we can just be buds online, both work for me :) thanks fishes!!!

Good to have you here! I've been to Tennessee a couple of times in the mountains, and it was so much fun. Y'all have some beautiful streams there that would be great for mermaiding. :D

Ya, I've been trying to convince my parents to let me visit some of the streams, until then I'm confined to pools :)

I know what you mean about feeling safer in the water. I've always felt that way and seem to be a lot more steadier in the sea than on land sometimes.

Welcome to the 'network! I lived in TN for part of my childhood :D What kind of crafts do you do? I've always been the person trying to make things out of any random stuff I can find laying around, LOL!

I mostly do jewelry making, sewing, and random art projects, stuff like that. Also if I see anything cool on Etsy that I can't buy then ill make it. Example: there was this 10th doctor pillow that I wanted, but it was $30, so I made one and it looks exactly the same :)

Oh sweet, another multi-crafter! :D I do the same thing with Etsy - I'll see something I like that I can't buy, so I make my own version LOL.
