My First Homemade Tail!
Hi everyone! So, I haven't been super active on the forums lately. I certainly haven't phased out of mermaiding though! I finally made my first homemade tail, and I'm super proud of how it turned out. I found some really shimmery silver spandex at the fabric store, and I knew it would made a perfect tail. I used the monofin from one of my Magictails, which has been holding up great for over two years now.
This tail was really just me dipping my toes into the water before I dive into tailmaking, and now I can't wait for my next project! I found some beautiful scale print fabric online that I'm planning to combine with a painted fluke. I already have the design all sketched out!
