Greetings mer-friends!
I am an avid lover of the sea and everything and anything having to do with it, especially mermaids, and mermen. I don't own a tail and will never be able to afford one, but that's ok, I've accepted that.
I run a beautiful FB group called "The Mermaid Sanctuary". I say beautiful because the people are so kindhearted and loving it just makes my heart sing!
I also ran a contest, where the winner won a mermaid crown made by me, and I was blown away by the response. So much so that I just today, opened my very 1st online store on storenvy called "Mermaid Sanctuary Designs" :yay: in honor of the wonderful mer in the group who gave me the confidence to do it. It's been much work, but I love it! I design all kinds of crowns and headdresses, clips, waist wraps, etc. Some "water friendly" some not. I cannot wait to get some mermen designs up and cater to the fantastic mermen!
I am a widowed mom of a 10 yr old son with autism, 2 gorgeous daughters, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter! Life is hard, but life is good.
