Well I had words back from the company and Fin Fun...
The company says they are not Fin Fun. And Fin Fun said something along the lines of, "love what other people have done with our tails".
So I am very confused. Are they repainted Fin Funs or not?

This company started out by imitating Fin Fun (or they were possibly the raw manufacturers of Fin Fun's designs?) but their newer designs seem to be their own. First they came out with an interesting monofin+fluke that had side 'barbs' in addition to the main fin, and then their newest design is a 4-point fin that looks quite different from other companies' styles. I don't know how easy it is to get that 4-point monofin in and out of the sleeve, but I saw a swimming video of it and the flexibility of the monofin looked to be pretty good. 4-point style seen here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2017Cosplay-...-/162169848568
