My body shape is not at the forefront of why I mermaid. It's not something I feel I should have to 'rock' or 'flaunt'. It just is. It doesn't solely define me. It shouldn't even matter. Unfortunately a lot of mouth-breathers can only see the fat, and totally miss the point of what I'm doing. That's the frustrating thing.Quote:

I mainly upload videos on youtube to get an URL (for sharing purposes on MN), yet some people seem to believe everything put up is an attempt to become famous and/or make a groundbreaking movie :p
On one of my "test run of snake tail"-videos, someone commented "cool idea, but this particular material is a bit diaphanous when wet. That could be a problem."
I was tempted to reply "A problem for what? Convincing anyone I'm a genuine snake? Do I look like I'm aiming for realism in this video, being in a friggin leisure POOL with goggles and swimcap on?"
this is honestly the most repulsing thig, when you brought up youtube and how people take everything seriously i was reminded of this video , thats called " mermaid tails movie" which was a girls FIRST youtube movie video , so these girls are rather young but dispite that ive seen both weird, stupid and very rude comments
