You could go on their fb page and see if anyone has had that problem. If not, then ask them why there is extra shipping fee when you've already paid the shipping fee, and why this "extra fee" has not been stated on the website.

I wonder if they just added that? Maybe they hadn't had a Merfin order until now and they didn't realize how much it would cost to ship?

I'm not bothered by the extra shipping fee. I'm just a little weirded out that suddenly their whole store doesn't have regular store things. I looked on their facebook and they show up on a different place on the map. So their addresses don't match, but at least the facebook one looks like a store location.

Edit: I got a reply about getting a tracking number. Six days later; but thats alright, I'm just glad I got a reply. Apparently you can't get tracking numbers for the cheapest international air shipping. I am feeling better, now I just need my merfin to arrive.

I am a size eu 38-39 and Some sites say this is a 8-9 us but some say 7-8... Slightly confuzzled over here. Will i fit into the L size merfin?

I think I'm a 39 in EU sizes. I had to hack out the toes so my feet fit

Aah! My fin just arrived. It is so beautiful, not to mention huge. It is absolutely ginormous!!! I am going to have to work my core out a ton. I can't wait to go swimming in it! Just one question. The foot pockets are quite a bit to large for me, any ideas on how I could make them smaller? I think I will probably have to end up getting neoprene booties, but I would like to avoid it if possible. And where is a good place to buy booties?

Glad you got your fin. You could get neoprene socks, I got thin ones. My foot pockets are actually a tad small, but not uncomfortably so. lol

I am so happy too! And it is just such a mermaidy fin. You should totally get one.

This is a really stupid question, but I have to ask. Which way do you wear the fin? I keep seeing pictures with people wearing it with both the side with the toe holes and the other side on top. Both seem comfortable to me?
