Either the picture dimensions are too big (1500x1500 is the maximum) or the file size is too big. In the window where you upload it it'll tell you what the maximum file size is for the type you're trying to upload. You can change all that in something like Microsoft paint or Photoshop.

It looks great! That tail was actually a close runner up for my first tail. I ended up going with Grow a Tail.

The second tail I ever made!! So proud of this one! It had a dorsal fin, heel fins, and some fluke fin things! It also has a painted fluke, which I have never done before!
