Even though I'm not on the waiting list, I kind of hope they would stop taking orders until everyone is caught up and back on track with their tails. I loved seeing the new tail every other day a while back and now it's like there's a new one once a week maybe.

I totally agree with you. It's going to bite them in the ass if some clients decide to get a refund because they are tired of delays and waiting. If the money from the down payments is already spent on material and stuff and they can't give it back, I don't know what might happen then but it won't be good.Quote:

deposits made on finfolk tails are non refundable, I think they bit off mor than they could chew this summer. They're finishing a whole batch of tails right now for the see through sea photoshoots coming up. And they aren't working as many days this summer since Allie is there:)Quote:

Yeah, I think that's something a lot of people don't always realize. I can definitely see it from both sides, though. Hell, my tail was one of their first, I only had to wait three months for mine (including sending them all my sketches, discussing design ideas, and them making all the new molds) and it STILL felt like forever to wait! I can DEFINITELY understand how frustrated people get when they have to wait up to a year.Quote:
