Sorry for the poor af phone quality. This is my first tail, and I reaaaaally wish I hadn't waited until I was 27 to buy one. If I really like swimming in it (lmao pray 4 me), I may save up for a basic silicone. Still working on what to do for a top, Lake Erie shells are frickin tiny. Also crossing my fingers for a meetup somewhere closeish to northeast ohio, I'd love a chance to swim with a pod!

My FinFun tail came in yesterday and I tried it out today, it's pretty sweet! Went for the Tidal Teal. I told myself that I wouldn't get a blue one since the "blonde hair blue eyes blue tail" mermaid is pretty cliche, but I loved this design so much! Tomorrow I'm gonna go pick up a purple seashell swim top, it's gonna look really nice with this tail! I hope I can get to a meetup sometime soon.

The blue one is from magictail.de which is my current tail . Probably the best tail I ever own.
The purple one is from planet mermaid it is discontinued tail color they have new ones with scales this was my first tail ever owned.
The other tail is is from eBay it is a copy of a fin fun tail.

Haven't been too active on here, but should get a bit more active now that the weather is (hopefully) getting warmer. I did, this past winter, picked up a new tailskin as I wanted a bit of an updated version with a better design. It's another Fin Fun, their Tidal Blue tail! Kind of goes along with my last tail which was a solid blue. I took a few selfie pics with it on, but none of them turned out that good so I'll try again at a later point! Looking forward to test swimming in this one!
i love watching the evolution of what fabric tails were to where they are now.
I love my tail but I haven't been able to take it out as much as I'd like.

Just got this beauty in from FinFun using their custom tail designing option, and I'm really pleased it came out almost as vibrant as the original file, and that the details weren't too soft in the shading I used -

Haven't tried it on yet for fit though, but at least I now have a monofin I can get my feet into with only a little struggle!
Another one I designed with the same shading pattern also arrived to its new owner as well! There are white spots running along the sides from the fluke up to about mid thigh.
