Searching for help, would someone be able to shed some light?
So about three or four years ago I started getting headaches after eating beef, halfway thru a meal to two hours later. I continued to get them, I cut out a lot of beef but still ate burgers and tacos and roast beef, which I would get headaches from. Recently, past 6-8 months I've cut out almost all beef, and eating just chicken or ham, turkey, other deli cuts. It helped for a bit, but then I started getting headaches after I ate other foods. Ham and sausage, sometimes different spices, almost always after foods like poptarts and cereal, packaged cookies, fries, hushpuppies, it seems like half the food I eat gives me a headache. I know most of it are the unhealthy choices. (Never had a headache from an apple or salad)
I've always had random hives and rashes, my whole life almost, maybe once a month all over. Which leads me to think I have an allergy. But what kind of allergen is in almost every food, and what can I do to get rid of the uncomfortable/ annoying to pounding headaches? And why is it suddenly causing problems the last few years when I've had rashes and breakouts my whole life?

I've definitely noticed pounding headaches after Chinese and Japanese food that I know has MSG. In fact that's usually when it's the worst. Maybe there's MSG in other packaged foods that are causing it.
Is there a way to get tested for a gluten and MSG allergen?
