It looks like it might be a remake of their Classic Fin. I know they mentioned something about the original mold cracking and having to remake it.

Yeah, I remember reading that. The original mold broke beyond repair so they recreated and improved it!

The remake of the classic seems to have a bit more scale detailing on the fluke. Maybe it's the last of the old one? I really like the new classic fluke too. I was planning on going with the 13th year fluke but I might consider this one as well. I've got until October to decide. :D
I made the decision to get that fluke again for my newest tail. I will get it for MerMania. SO EXCITED! :yay:

They just posted the full photo.
nope, it's theirs!
Either that or she already made the mold. Either way she changed it to one of her own design. It looks pretty cool though.
I guess the twins got the chinese lady who was ripping them off taken down, but she had made several tails that were exact copies of finfolk tails.
Here's what I was talking about:

Is selling knock off finfolk tails here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1713...message_bubble
They screen printed the exact tail designs on fabric

Wow! That is a crazy level of copying...
It even looks like they cut their monofin to fit into the points of the tail.
Dang...Now that really is a direct copy! :jawdrop:
It looks like a real silicone tail until you see it folded down like that.
Wow...
Looks like Wendy removed the photos (and did not kick me out of the group!) and Google translated her post to read:
"Thank you enjoyed Sisi mermaid series, pictures of friends to provide,
Now removed, I invite designers to redesign a mermaid style diagram, I hope you like it.
The new design has not been designed,
About Material: Spandex (English: Spandex), commonly known as Lycra (English: Lycra), is a kind of elastic fibers by DuPont invented in 1959. It has a strong elastic stretch of up to 500%, and can reply as greater than the strength of the rubber, but also more resistant."
Those copies are stunning. It's a shame that she had to steal the Finfolk designs instead of coming up with her own. I really like the idea of screenprinting the tail
