He messaged me to say he liked my tail, but I saw he had an orange tail too so I didn't think anything weird of it. I said thanks and that I liked his too. He hasn't messaged me since. I figured he was just a fellow mer showing some orange tail support :-)

He kept saying to me "you're very pretty" "you're beautiful" "you're gorgeous"
over and and over again. Eventually I got sick of it and blocked him.
I have had him say that as well, but I saw that others have had problems with him so I quickly unfriended him-- just to be safe.
EDIT: I have no problem with people commenting nice things, but he did do it to every mermaid photo I had [all within an hour] and it did get a bit weird...
Steve is in my area and after talking for a few days, and constantly messaging me even when I said I couldn't talk or I was at work, he implied that he wanted to meet up with me alone, but recanted and tried to say that he wanted to meet up with other mer's in the area too. Nothing he said was noteworthy of being considered a mervert, but I felt really startled that he might have been implying he wanted to meet me alone.
What really got me is that he started saying some weird things to the leader of my Facebook pod, who is married and pregnant, and she felt really uncomfortable about it. After we talked, we decided it was best to block him and not discuss it anymore but it has sort of bugged me since it happened, you know?
Gordon liked my page today. I wouldn't consider my page incredibly active right now (as I'm in between productivity phases) so I found it strange.
I didn't bother to wait for him to contact me. I opted to just block and remove him but I thought I should update this so people know that, yup, still poking around on mermaid pages.
I found usually if you bombard Steve with conversation he will never reply. Haha

Click on settings when on the page, it's towards the top right. Then click on people and a list of the people liking your page should come up and there's a drop down arrow to the right of each person, you can ban them there. Though somehow I ban Gordon and then the same account likes my page again a little while later. Pissing me off to no end. I dunno how he does it.

I just went through and deleted three of his likes also Xian Lime. All these are blocked on my personal profile, just sucks I can't ban them from my Mermaid page. I can only remove them.
That's strange, I get both a remove and a ban option with my mer page :/
I don't block Gordon on my personal fb cause otherwise I wouldn't be able to ban him or remove him from the fanpage.

Are you sure it's the exact same account? Last I heard the guy had at least 20-30 identical accounts that he uses to get around bans. It could be one of his alt accounts.Quote:

Annwyn I am already aware, I checked and it's the same unique url, same account the last like 6-8 times. It's the fourth account he's tried with (the remaining 3 seem to stay in my blocked list) but he keeps trying over and over again with this exact same one. It's like he circumvented the block somehow each time.

I just noticed Gordon liked my page too, and when I went to block him, I found about 6 other accounts :/ Blocked and removed them all, but I have a feeling from what people have said here that there will be more...
He's made a new one within the last two weeks. I blocked all of his accounts months ago but did a search last week just because and a new account with a super creepy shadowed pic, like toss you in his truck creepy.
I just got liked by Gordon as well. As long as he doesn't post anything offensive on my page, I won't touch him.
