No, she sent it to Raven to get it taken in and a dorsal added. :P
I want another tail so bad though too haha, but I'm saving to get Mermaid Ama her own tail made. She borrows my mermaid creations one, but the monofin is too big for her feet. Plus, it was made to my measurements. She'd really like a purple merbellas, so I gotta buy that first haha.

If I didn't know you and Ama are so much tinier than me, I'd offer to by your mermaid creations one to help you get a merbella tail for Ama. Too bad you're both so tiny. :P ;) <3
haha aww thanks. I don't plan on selling it though! :D just to continue adding more tails so I can hire more mermaids :D

I get spammed like that, so I imagine as an actual tail maker, she gets insanely spammed. I've seen some of it before, so nuts!

¡Las colas de Raven son muy hermosas! Quiero una también, pero tengo que esperar hasta que hay el dinero suficiente. Son muy caro porque el talento de Raven merece todo el dinero. Voy a tener una cola de neopreno hecha por Shelly este verano. Ella es fantástica también.

Still nothing on my side... I'm a little disappointed, I don't know what's going on. I don't want to message her and sound like a nag because I know she's been sick though... I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place...
Edit: Nevermind! She just sent me the tracking out of nowhere! She shipped it a while back but forgot to give it to me it seemed. IT'S SO CLOSE YOU GUYS IT'LL BE HERE LIKE TOMORROW MAYBE OMG.
Eeep! So excited for all of you getting tails...which also means she is that much closer to taking more orders. Yay! Anyhow, can't wait to see pictures of y'all's tails :)
She stayed up all night taking in my tail and going crazy on it :D I told her to get some photos in it, because when she first made it she did so I think it would be a cool juxtaposition. I did pay her a bunch to rush fix it and rush ship it, but I certainly didn't expect her to stay up all night lol. I think she just got going and then was like BAM.
Also my BF and I did the math, I have worn this tail almost 100 times! She couldn't believe how well it was holding up!
It's crazy! I can't wait to see your tail when it's all done. <3

Also the merbellas scales are the same colors as mine the only throw off is the fluke doesn't have gold on it. But maybe she hasn't gotten to it yet? haha I just keep spinning myself in circles ^_^;

Got my tail today!! I can't for the life of me get it on though :P I can't get my left foot in the foot strap! I tried to tie string to it but that didn't work.
Lube up your other leg with baby oil. Just be sure to wash it out when you're done. Monofins are hard to get on inside a tail, the first couple tries are terrible, but you'll get used to it and be getting it up super fast in no time flat.Quote:

Also, Raven's air compressor she uses to paint the tails died on her today from too much use! So she has to replace it. :/
Aw that sucks! And Raven told me to try a thick strap for the fin pocket which I will try after work :) I tried to put it on with tights on and just put lotion on my feet but which do you think works better the lotion or the tights?

Ouch for Raven! She uses the airbrush for spots but handpaints the rest, doesn't she, or am I remembering wrong?
is yours full silicone? tights will only make it impossible unless they're wet :p
I did it with tights on in my studio a couple times, and once with out. Honestly, both was so hard (out of water) my helper & I weren't sure what worked better. I'd do a test of both, but if you do no tights.. use a lube for full silicone tail, as Raina also suggests. :) Good luck gettin' in your fins!Quote:
