I thought it looked lion fish patterned and mantis shrimp coloured... Might just be me! I'm the first to admit I'm not an expert on marine fish! Either way, the original tail is gorgeous.

I just wanted to join in on the anticipation, excitement, and fun! I ordered and paid in full for my Merbella tail in October 2014 and can't cant wait to get it! We've collaborated on a design, and I heard about a month ago my fluke was already built. I got an email a week ago saying the same about the sketch, that they thought they sent it but didn't. They must be swamped! I loved that video of her that Tyler did. I'm hoping to have mine for another adventure in my home state of Florida this May. I've known Raven since the Yuku days and am so blessed and honored to have a tail made by her. Our tails will be worth the wait! I can't wait to share my pix with yall once I get them. I can't wait to see your pix too!!!!!

Red-eyed tree frogs are my favorite! I used to do classroom presentations with my reptile zoo... most kids loved the frogs the best. I have a drawing a 12 year old did hanging in my hallway. Not only was it worthy of framing, but people ask where they can get one.... it's a one and only!

Moo is a friend of mine. He makes these tails for a Thai mini series. He calls this a dragon mermaid tail, not a frog one. Farahsunamun Thephasdin but he also goes by Vasit Suchitta . (I think he's has issues in the past with fans of the TV series tracking his FB down so he's changed his FB name a few times)
I'd rather if we're gonna post about his stuff we put it in his thread. Basically a look you were trying to be original but someone beat you to it, I don't think is a great thing to say to someone either.
It's more along the lines of, "they have the same eyes" then anything. Moos tails I don't think could ever be copied, the details are crazy intricate. I can't imagine what it would look like in the water, or how heavy it is, and your right, it's closer to dragon then tree frog.
This may have been asked before or there may be a thread I missed in my search, But at risk of sounding like a total codfish.... Are there any pictures anywhere where I could compare how big the Merbella flukes are? Like to see how much bigger the calypso is to the angler, and the new koi fluke to the Merbella, and so on? any pics or a link to a thread would be so helpful.
I didn't know how it compares to the other but the angler fluke is 27 inches wide and I believe its her smallest
