I found the kindle version of the book for 99 cents on Amazons so I got it. Its a cute story so far, though I'm only 2 chapters in.
Oh my gosh... I just sent a "Ready to Order" email to Tyler a day or two ago... Gah! Gah! I'm not sure if I'll get a reply back or not, but urrrrghhh! It was a rush. :fallover:

It's because it's a very special project for her. I don't remember exactly what she said but I did talk to her about it once. Also she does still do simple colour schemes if the client wants it, I mean my original design was just a blue, green purple design with no patterns or anything it was very simple but she was happy to do it for me if that's what I wanted. it's more she just prefers doing the intricate, elaborate schemes.Quote:

As with my concers.. As some of u know I had some sizing issues with the blended waist (to big).
Over the past months I contacted Raven and asked her for some tips to alter it. First she told me I had to ship it back for adjustments but they haven't had time to take that order in. I told her I could not afford to ship it right back to them and asked for advice. Then she told me it was not the usual way but she told wat was best to do and wished me luck! :)

I'm not entirely sure when as they had forgot to send me the sketches haha but I got that email March 20th.
Last March or this March? Sorry I only ask because I'm getting a bit antsy for my own tail haha. It got started in February but I haven't heard anything yet so just trying to figure out time lines
she can make whatever she wants for whatever reason, she prefers to make more elaborate designs but that was made for people who intend on ordering a whole group based off characters. Just like how she will still make Ariel tails- a simple colour scheme.Quote:

Aww yey :) I'm in no rush to get it since its winter here right now anyway but it's nice to know stuff is happening haha. I'm hoping it'll be done by summer though. That would be wonderful but again I don't mind if it's not. I am a patient person

So. I am completely over the moon right now. We didn't know if this was going to happen or not.
Over a year ago I discussed with Raven the concept of a 'sister-tail.' If two mers placed orders at the same time would she be able to work on them together. She said she had done that once before with a pair of preforming mermaids and she would be interested if the tails contrasted and were not twin tails. I agreed.
I placed my order with her last week, and today she graciously accepted my best friend Jamie's order with the agreement that they would be 'sister-tails.'
Same fluke shapes, similar color schemes, contrasting tails, similar tops. Enough to make us look like we're the same species, not matching enough where we're out and out twins, but enough that we work together and are still unique. Jamie and I look incredibly similar anyways, we're taken as sisters most places we go. I could not be happier right now. I am absolutely poleaxed.
I totally did a dance in my office.
Im going to have a sister-tail with the person in my life I am closer to than anyone. She's my complete other half. The other piece of myself. And now in this too we'll be doing this together.
Im going to cry im so emotional right now. We have been planning this for years and now it's happening.
yes! raven made me sister tails one is a full silicone, the other is what i calla franken tail. My sister and I literally both use them together haha. she is younger, and it looks like a mini version of me!
YESS! I knew you had a pair. I wasn't sure if she did another pair for anyone else or not or if that was the pair she was referencing.

Yes. it's that tail. lol Who also told me off a bunch when I said on here that people struggle with she creature flukes and sometimes sell off the tails (because they do, and I have one myself lol)

I believe (correct me if I'm wrong I may be thinking about someone else) Theta's tail was inspired by Leia's lake dress from starwars, she sent the photo to Raven as a reference and Raven designed it.
Close! It was Padmé from the prequels. I remember that! I'm also a huge Star Wars nerd so it's hard to forget things like that. I love it so much!
Hello I had ,estates her on her espy page I know she's busy and all but being u had exsperence with her tails ( I love them btw) would she be willing to meet up with someone to make sure the measuring is right ? well I dont think Raven is taking orders for a while, and she doesn't usually have time to meet up with people. They only really answer messages when they're able to take orders, or for current clients, and even for current clients it's usually minimal replies due to their demand
