I watched Season 2 episode 1 earlier tonight on youtube and can't find episode 2 anywhere! *sob* *grovel* :p
I watch them here. http://tenplay.com.au/channel-eleven...crets/episodes
I watch them there too!
I follow the director and several of the actors on the show on twitter/instagram/etc and neither actor (Sirena or Eric) have appeared in any of the photos being posted from set or from other events.
See here for the guys and here for the girls.
I'm not sure if the carpet-events have much say on whether or not they'll appear again (could be busy) but I do agree from the images on set that have appeared that they probably won't. Shame! I hate when shows can't keep actors around long enough to tell a good story. Happens with Teen Wolf too. :/
Oh I completely agree and don't think these should be counted as official or anything. Just my best guess based on how these shows typically progress... Eric is good to look at at the very least :P

because tenplay doesnt keep them around long enough
Damn I'm gonna miss Sirena. Although Weilan looks awesome!!

Tail looks orange to me.
Tbh, I'm not impressed with the Mako/H2O tail look overall.
I don't like the texture, the weird ruff/crest on the back, and the paint job.
I think at least every second tail I see on MN looks better :p
I think it's probably a lot cheaper for them to have the flukes the same; a new fluke sculpt/design I'm sure costs more than making the same tail over and over for JMBFX. I guess it's not high on their priorities.
The trouble I have with them is they look too thick and too long.
Melissas Fliptails are somewhat extended, hers and Lindens tail are so much better and still smooth and realistic.
I don't think that the look was because it was economical, these are likely union effects people. Looking at the glueing of the individual scales on and the color I believe they were trying to do a splash tail, to avoid the 6 to 8 hour costuming time they used a zipper back "keeping the plastic scales from popping off" and it just came out wrong. All the design mistakes would have been in H2o and they are living with it.
Most diffenently many of our tailors could have blown those tails away. For movie quality the scales need to move, that's why the glue on scales. PearlieMae's scales technique would have been better.
Okay, im watching the cartoon, and its mondo cheesy and hilarious, but im going to watch it anyway. Haha just a fun tid bit.
formerly jayy
they finally changed the tail colors a bit in this season. hers looks just like the others now to me. still looks like a fish with ick to me
