I have the adult Small and adult Medium.
Here are some pics of the Small. Haven't got pics of Medium yet, kinda undecided about it.

I think I need the adult small. O had the child medium before and it worked but was tight. What do you think would be best?

The small too small for me. It was hard even in water to get my little hamster feet in it! And couldn't wear socks, so many blisters.
I think just get what fitted you best before.
I've only tried on the child medium so I don't know. 😞
