Did try a few emails for a rush order in february 2015
I still do'nt get what a hybrid update is?
they take apart a basic tail and keep the fluke but past a performance tail body. it's a basic and a performance together. And I dont believe she's doing them right now either. She's just doing her performance tail orders til she's caught up.
So I emailed Raven a few weeks ago, and again a couple of days ago and still haven't heard back. Has anyone who is expecting a tail this month gotten ahold of her? I'd at least like to know if I'm still set to get mine this month.
I emailed her the other day and haven't heard anything. I thought I was the only one left before Michelle and Raina's tails. I hope you hear from her Waikiki!

I myself haven't received anything from Raven since the conceptual sketches in April, btw....
I got an email two weeks ago (25. 8) from raven that she'll ship my tail that monday and than from tyler (28. 8) that they shipped my tail and that i'll get the tracking number that day.
i still dont have the tracking number and i didn't hear from them since.
i'm really worried about my tail since i have no clue if its even in the right country or if its lost somewhere or if custums hold it back...but its been two weeks and it should have been here by now... ahhh that makes my crazy!! o.0

customs can hold your stuff for a long time :( shipping from US to UK takes a while, and then customs will hold the tail for a while too. I bet you'll see it within the next two weeks though. They can hold items for a long time but usually dont hold longer than a week or so. Also depends on how backed up they are
I know a bunch of people got their tails last month, but it's only the 4th of September, I think the mantis shrimp tail was the first sept tail.
I dont think she formally offers the hybrid tail as an upgrade for everyone. It was more a solution for issues people had with putting on weight etc

Im sorry it sucks. Customs ALWAYS holds my tail for a week or more :( we just got registered for an import number. It should lessen the custom fees we pay and hopefully the amount of time they keep my tail for.Quote:

/Squeeeeeeeeeeee........ Raven just accepted my order!!!!!!!! Now I just have to wait for my payment to clear and I'll be one step closer to my tail!! On a side note my boyfriend officially thinks I'm insane after my freak out to the whole situation
